Court appearance 14 June 2001
Mark Harris called from prison and asked me to let everyone know that Judge Munby has called him back to court on 14 June 10:30am.
This will be a further purge application from Mark and also Munby will consider what Mark has drawn to his attention concerning mother's alleged perjury which was not addressed in the public judgment.
Mark says the perjury is clear from the affidavit evidence. We'll see if Munby dismisses it as an innocent mistake, as he did with Cameron's blatant "errors": all the "mistakes" were prejudicial to Mark of course.
Mark will be representing himself in handcuffs.
It would be good to have a big turn out to show solidarity for Mark.
