and another route forward is the Parliamentary Petitions Committee http://www.europarl.eu.int/petition/help_en.htm.

However the Treaty Violations Committee is far more serious and will take over a Petition to the Parliament.

Thus it requires that many people submit either Petitions or Treaty Violations Complaints
