As most (about 75% of) divorces are brought by women, and as they make a great deal of money from the process, at the expense of their husbands and fathers of their children, we would not remotely describe them as "victims". It may well be true that "More women are victims of INTESTACY than DIVORCE …", but that is because there are so few who are victims of divorce.

This advert of course relies on the fact that the public might believe there are many women victims of divorce and hence even more victims of intestacy. The advert propagates a myth, and is extremely offensive to those many men who are the true victims of divorce.
