Mark Harris's case

Mark has led a courageous campaign of demonstrations, particularly highlighting the corruption of the judges.

 

We are able to give some information about the suppression of Mark by the police and by the judges.

 

Here is a letter from him which explains some police action. He was arrested on only the word of a woman. The police entered his home, collecting intelligence by taking address books, on the pretence of looking for other materials.

 

 

Our 'name them and shame them' section decribes some of the actions of Judge James Munby against Mark.

 

Here is a letter from Mark to Wilson, a significant judge in his case.

RE; "THE MISNOMER OF FAMILY LAW" The Atkin lecture, 2002

I was e mailed your speech today that you gave on 17 October 2002.

"I considered it quite possible that, as you entered this club this evening, a father, whose claim for contact I rejected five years ago and who has since dogged my footsteps, would offer you each a leaflet explaining what a terrible Judge I am. Unpleasant though such personal criticism is, I did consider that, were he here to do so, it would give you an arresting advertisement of the long cold fury which this jurisdiction generates".

Nick, you simply GOT IT WRONG.

Nick, you clearly recall my case. You found the mother was harassed, went against the children's 'deep wishes for contact' (your words) all because I harassed her by waving to the children.

Yet, just three weeks after release from Exeter Prison, the maternal grandmother acted in such a way, outside my house (which is in a cul de sac) at 10pm on a January night, that the Police verbally warned her about her conduct. Would you like the letter from the Police?

Holman J (March 1998) commented "I dare say she was there at the request of Mrs Harris…."

March 1998, the Maternal father was ARRESTED, and subsequently accepted a Police Caution, for following ME around, after spotting me when in the company of Mrs Harris.

June 1998; Police, after placing her under covert observations, concluded that at least one of her claims of harassment, in a supermarket car park, was untrue, and another 'very unlikely'.

September 1998, Mrs Harris acts as 'McKenzie friend' to her mother and boyfriend to bring false money claims against me (for �30 & �20) at Plymouth County Court, all of which was dismissed.

Then some contact comes back, and it's relatively peaceful until December 2000 (when contact has been sabotaged yet again, with assistance from the OS) when she claims I phoned her and threatened her over contact, and I got arrested.

August 2001; I get compensation to the tune of �1,000 by Devon & Cornwall Police regarding that unlawful arrest as they investigated her claims AFTER the arrest, and it proved I did NOT and could not have made the phone call.

July 2002, the mother saw my house up for sale, obtained the particulars of sale from the estate agent, and sent this to the Legal Services Commission as the asking price JUST disqualifies me from public funding.

YOU GOT IT WRONG, NICK. VERY WRONG INDEED.

Dr Boothroyd-Brooks, you may recall, said IF her claims of harassment were untrue 'there must be frequent contact',

The two Social Workers who appeared before you, I subsequently found out, are two live in lesbians at an address in Plymouth. Would you like their details?

Mr Buckland [the 'tosser,' as you recited in your Judgement when quoting me about him] has resigned from Plymouth NHS Trust under a cloud of financial mismanagement earlier this year.

So you relied upon the inaccurate, the corrupt and lesbians to put my children in the position now described as damaged, alienated, and likely to suffer lasting psychological damage if proper contact is not restored. Pity you ignored the Court Welfare Officer (G. Phillips).

The eldest and youngests' school reports back this damage up too. Would you like them?

Then Madness Munby appeared, (March 2001) openly admits he's relying on another OS expert who he himself described as 'positively misleading' on crucial issues, to plunge the kids into further lasting damage.

Now we have another West London based Judge, (Dec 3) for our 129th hearing, to try putting (I hope) some of the mess back in the dog. I recall your words (May 97) " I'm going to sweep up the problems in this case…" Oh yes, looks like it.

THIS IS A MESS THAT YOU HAVE CREATED. YOU GOT IT SO WRONG.

Despite everything, you are human after all, (so I'm told) but you got this case very wrong indeed.

If you were any sort of man, you personally would return and put this right. You are certainly paid enough for what you do. (I understand in excess of �130,000 per year).

Not go giving speeches trying to get sympathy of the uninformed about me 'dogging your footsteps'.

I enclose some more wine offers while you perhaps try facing yourself in the mirror for what you did to us all here in Plymouth, hope the AOL wine stuff arrived safely,
