Philosophy -
understand ours
|
Our philosophy is
built around a few basic facts, i.e. that :
there has been, since the 1960s,
deliberate and sustained efforts to promote women's 'equality', particularly in
employment, and simultaneously with attacks by feminist groups on men's rights,
particularly within the family, where men have been systematically disenfranchised of
rights
successive Governments and their
agencies, such as the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Child Support Agency, have
actively supported radical feminist objectives
the law making process is in the
hands of a small minority driven by their own political agendas, creating laws without
public consent and without public knowledge
the entire legal and judicial
system is seriously compromised in terms of the interpretation of laws and lack of any
effective controls
this situation has been progressed
using what we refer to as The Big Lie i.e. that women are disadvantaged and require
protection
we need to address these issues,
and further, to restore a balance between men's and women's rights and responsibilities to
restore our society
while various father's and men's
groups have demanded change for the last 25 years, no remedy has yet appeared; we
recognise that the country is controlled by an unelected minority, and that we the
people must again assert our authority and restore democratic control over our
Government; this part of our philosophy is closely aligned with that of a USA group We The People
the committed individuals in UKMM
are doing all they can, however it appears that most men are in denial of these realities,
and we need to organise ourselves to restore men's rights.

George McAulay on Anglia TV,

| 14 July 2001 |
Are you due to appear in the
Court of Appeal on a matrimonial or family issue ? Please look at our entry in
the name them and shame them
section for Mrs Justice Hale/Dame Brenda Hale/Brenda Hoggett who is a judge in the CoA.
You will then appreciate why we believe she is a feminist. The European Convention on
Human Rights article 6.1 requires tribunals to be impartial. We do not believe this woman
can be impartial in matrimonial and family cases given her previous publications and
attempts to introduce 'no-fault' divorce. We are interested in someone making a legal
challenge under the Human Rights Act 1998 about her impartiality. So, if you are taking
your case to the CoA, we would be interested in hearing from you by contacting our secretary. |

challenge FNF current strategy etc : FNF NEEDS A NEW
NATIONAL COUNCIL We believe that if FNF is to have any hope of changing the bigotry and

society aware of the hidden oppression that parents face when they go to court.

As a single example of requests we
receive, here is a typical request, we publish as anonymous, to UKMM from a man/father who
is being persecuted : > Request for information OR comments :
> I urgently need help. My estranged wife has returned from
East Africa having left my son 7 & daughter 3 with me for the last four months.
False allegations of sexual abuse, threats to kill. Following the allegations of
threats to kill I have been thrown out of my house. I have a hopeless lawyer.
I need some good advice. I am being violated at every level and have no idea how to
stop it. Please help.

Chris Chrisostomou of CJD reports that
while Peter Snow travelled to Plymouth, to assist a chap applying to ECHR, his car broke
down. Peter went missing for some hours. This is thought to have precipitated illness, of
which he died a few weeks later, on Monday 6 March 2000. A number of you will know Peter.
In the latter part of his life, he : - studied law to degree level; - devoted himself to
men's/father's rights; - made two applications to ECHR Strasbourg. He will be remembered
as someone who paid immense attention to detail, and understood just what men and fathers
are coping with now. Let's hope others like him will come forward. |

Our objectives to give men a fair deal. |
|
We have
interests in Human
rights for men. |
Our associated family policy organisation, the Cheltenham Group,
has studied laws and conducted a major survey of men's experiences in this area. The
findings show :
the destruction of marriage, and specifically men's right in
marriage, has been deliberately engineered by those people with a
specific agenda; we describe the greatest scandal in UK
legal history;
just for young men - you have been warned !
our major report on the subject tells you how this came about and
the villains responsible, and provides all the case studies and statistics from our
1995 survey;
what is referred to as 'marriage' in the UK is not consistent
with human rights laws; the UK government has been required to respond to this following our submission to the UN
Human Rights Commission;
men in the UK should consider, along with others, a class action against matrimonial and family law.
|
Our new name them and shame them
section : in which we name names and describe their 'contributions' to the men's issues
with which we are concerned.
|
| Are you a father cut off from
his children by deliberate obstruction ? Then you must apply to the European Court of
Human Rights (ECHR), following the cases of Hokkanen v. Finland
and Elsholz v.
Germany. |
|
Official policy to discriminate against men -
corruption in the Court Welfare Service - no authority will take responsibility.
|
| The most
comprehensive description ever produced about the UK's matrimonial law as it affects men.
Information which the Government have never collected, but which we now publish, and about
which the Government have not the slightest excuse for ignorance. The Emperor's New
Clothes - is online in its entirety. The process and consequence of divorce -
outcomes of children, assets, home, legal costs. With 138 case studies in the men's own
words, and 48 sets of comprehensive statistics presented in 3D-bar-chart form. |
